The VPA would like to thank the many students, youth and community persons who
participated in the focus group discussions and provided the Alliance with a good

understanding of their lives and the circumstances that underpin the behaviours that we
see or hear about. To our facilitators and transcribers, a special thanks for so ably capturing

the important dialogue with the focus group participants. Thanks also to Winsome Williams
