Overview
The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) provides project management support and oversight to the portfolio of projects and programmes within the Ministry and its Agencies. The EPMO implements a robust Project Management Framework focusing on governance, capacity building, monitoring, prioritisation, and alignment of the portfolio of projects, as well as portfolio optimisation and benefits realisation.
The EPMO ensures that all major projects undertaken by the Ministry are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while contributing to the Ministry's strategic objectives.

- Development and implementation of a Ministry-wide Project Management Framework and governance structures
- Oversight of the Ministry's project and programme portfolio
