Norming Refers to the process of constructing norms or the typical performance

of a group of individuals on a psychological or achievement
                                      assessment.

Pre-test and Pre- and post- testing is a research method often utilised by behavioural
Post Test researchers in experimental designs to determine the effect of a

treatment or intervention on a given sample (Allen, 2017). This allows
a researcher to measure changes in the dependent variable that

can be attributed to manipulation of the independent variable.

Progress Notes These are summary notes made by the case officer to provide

                                      becoming victims of crime.

Rapport “This is the harmonious relationship in which there is mutual

                                      and the case officer.

Recidivism “A tendency to relapse into a previous condition or mode of behaviour
especially a relapse into criminal behaviour” (Rehabilitation Enables

                                      Dreams, 2019)
