Norming Refers to the process of constructing norms or the typical performance
of a group of individuals on a psychological or achievement
assessment.
Pre-test and Pre- and post- testing is a research method often utilised by behavioural

Protective Protective Factors are positive influences that can improve the lives of

Rapport “This is the harmonious relationship in which there is mutual
understanding and connection” (Gonzalez, 2020) between the client
and the case officer.
Recidivism “A tendency to relapse into a previous condition or mode of behaviour
especially a relapse into criminal behaviour” (Rehabilitation Enables
Dreams, 2019)
Referral Form External persons, community groups or other agencies use this Form
in making recommendations for individuals to receive CSJP services.
