The Ministry of National Security offers Scholarships to children of police officers at the Federated rank on an annual basis. One hundred (100) new, three (3) year scholarships are awarded annually to the children to pursue studies at any accredited tertiary institution in Jamaica. Each scholarship is valued at Two Hundred Thousand dollars ($200,000.00) for each academic year of study.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Be eighteen (18) to twenty-three (23) years old;
• Be enrolled in an accredited programme on a full time basis;
• Provide acceptance letter from an accredited tertiary institution;
• Be new or continuing students at any accredited institutions;
• Not be the recipients of any other bursaries, scholarship or grants from the Ministry of National Security or any other institution.
• Maintain a Grade Point Average of 3:00 and above for the continuation of the scholarship.
