ANTONETTE RICHARDS is a Jamaican and is currently the Chair of NATFATIP’s Protection Subcommittee. Ms. Richards is a Community Development Specialist in the Social Policy, Planning and Research Division at the Planning Institute of Jamaica (PIOJ).
